GRADUATE MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

The aim of Accor's Graduate Management Trainee Program is to promote the personal and professional development of Graduates to a supervisory level in only 12 month.

Selection Criteria

* Diploma or Degree in the Hospitality field.
* A minimum of 12 month Hospitality industry related work experience.
* Able to perform consistently at a high level.
* Professional attitude and a desire to develop your career with Accor.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team based environment.
