Founded in Paris in 1895, today the presence of Le Cordon Bleu encompasses some 30 international schools in 15 countries, attended by more than 22,000 students annually.
Le Cordon Bleu came to Australia in 1996, opening the Sydney Culinary Arts Institute with an aim to provide job ready graduates equipped with both the Diploma in Hospitality (Management) and the coveted Le Cordon Bleu Grand Diplome qualification. The programs currently graduate over 700 students per year and service the burgeoning demand for innovative chefs across Australia and the world.
In 1998, Le Cordon Bleu chose Adelaide as an ideal location to deliver the coveted Bachelor of Business degrees Restaurant Management and International Hotel Management.

At a post-graduate, executive management level, Le Cordon Bleu provides senior hospitality managers with the ability to obtain a coveted Le Cordon Bleu qualification.
