The AAHS National Hospitality Careers Expo

Established in 2002, the annual AAHS Careers Expo is the must attend expo for organisations within the tourism and hospitality industry. Organisations from around the world choose to attend this expo for the scope and exposure their company gains from this event.

Sponsored by well known corporations within the industry the Career Expo seeks to expand each year to offer students of AAHS member schools the greatest opportunity for career development.

A unique feature of the AAHS Careers Expo is the open style floor plan instead of the more traditional closed-in booths. This provides you with the opportunity to create a stand that visually reflects and captures your brand and encourages interaction with the students.

Full page glossy colour advertisement placed next to your company listing in the career expo booklet giving your company a double page spread for maximum exposure.
Images supplied by your company must be in high resolution EPS or PDF file.










Company Listing in the Career Expo Booklet: $385.00

Should your company not be able to attend the expo on the day, you can still choose to place a listing in the booklet. The booklet is circulated to approx 3000 students at 10 hotel schools giving your company high exposure.

Australian Technology Park is located 15 minutes out of the centre of Sydney. Car parking is easily accessible and a train station is close by. Further information on the venue can be found at: www.atp.com.au

AAHS Registration Terms and Conditions

All registrations are binding. Any name changes or cancellations can only be accepted by email. Name changes cannot be made after 4.00pm on Friday 4th September 2009.

Confirmation of your attendance will only be completed once full payment has been received. Payment must be made with 10 working days of the invoice date of issue.

On confirmation of registration an exhibitor information template will be sent to the nominated contact person for completion. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure the template is completed and returned by the due date. Failure to do so will result in that exhibitor’s information NOT being included in the expo booklet.

Exhibitors must also abide by the AAHS Recruitment Code of Conduct. The code of conduct can be viewed here: AAHS Recruitment Code of Conduct (pdf/93kb)

Cancellation

The following package cancellation fees will apply and Exhibitor listing and advertising will also be forfeited
  • Before 4th September – 50%
  • After 5th September - 100%
For exhibitors who choose to only advertise and/or list in the expo booklet the following cancellation fees will apply:
  • 100% at all times
Keeping Within the Spirit

The AAHS expo is designed to be an educational and practical environment that promotes student participation. The AAHS encourages exhibitors to interact with students by providing information, support and guidance. The expo becomes an ideal forum to discuss current and future opportunities, promote your company/brand and enhances student learning. The AAHS would like to thank you for staying true to the spirit of this event.
