Established in 2002, the annual AAHS Careers Expo is the must attend expo for organisations within the tourism and hospitality industry. Organisations from around the world choose to attend this expo for the scope and exposure their company gains from this event.

Last day to Register:	Friday 3^rd September 2010
Last day to submit company information:	Friday 3^rd September 2010

AAHS Registration Terms and Conditions

All registrations are binding. Any name changes or cancellations can only be accepted by email. Name changes cannot be made after 4.00pm on Friday 3^rd September 2010.

Confirmation of your attendance will only be completed once full payment has been received. Payment must be made with 10 working days of the invoice date of issue.

On confirmation of registration an exhibitor information template will be sent to the nominated contact person for completion. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure the template is completed and returned by the due date. Failure to do so will result in that exhibitor’s information NOT being included in the expo booklet.

Photographs will be taken on the day and may be included in future promotional materials.

Cancellation

The following package cancellation fees will apply and Exhibitor listing and advertising will also be forfeited

Before 3^rd September 2010 – 50%
After 6^th September 2010 - 100%

For exhibitors who choose to only advertise and/or list in the expo booklet the following cancellation fees will apply:

100% at all times

The AAHS expo is designed to be an educational and practical environment that promotes student participation. The AAHS encourages exhibitors to interact with students by providing information, support and guidance. The expo becomes an ideal forum to discuss current and future opportunities, promote your company/brand and enhances student learning.
